Personal information

No personal information registered on cultureliving.dk is at any time transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees at Culture Living Copenhagen.

In connection with electronic payment, a secure encrypted method is used through the Webshop system. It is an approved provider with approval from the E-mark.

The shop system uses cookies to manage the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is simply the name for a file that is stored on your own PC. We use these cookies to recognize you and, for example, remember which items are in the shopping cart when you shop online at Culture Living Copenhagen. It is also possible to ask the system to save your own address information for your next visit. If you wish to delete this information at a later time, this can be done via the browser settings. In Internet Explorer, this is done, for example, via the "Tools" menu and the "Internet Settings" menu item.

During a purchase, we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and is stored for 5 years, cf. the Danish Accounting Act. The purchase agreement is not stored at Culture Living Copenhagen in a way that you can later log in and view/change the status.

We also register the IP address from which any purchases are made. The information is normally of no use, but can be used in a possible police investigation. The IP address is kept for as long as necessary in relation to a possible police investigation. All fake orders are reported to the police!

You can also optionally have your email address added to a mailing list at Culture Living Copenhagen so that you regularly receive news and other information from Culture Living Copenhagen. This service can be subscribed to and unsubscribed from at any time as you wish.
As a registered user of Culture Living Copenhagen, you always have the right, according to the Danish Personal Data Act, to object to the registration and to gain insight into the information we have about you. You can do this by contacting us. Based on any objections, we will delete your data to the extent requested.

Payment

You can shop safely at cultureliving.dk. We of course comply with all legal requirements regarding online shopping.

Culture Living Copenhagen accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort and Mastercard

Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.

Culture Living encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Delivery

Culture Living Copenhagen ensures delivery with GLS or Post Nord to the recipient as soon as possible. If delays occur with GLS or Post Nord, this will accordingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Culture Living Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for delays with GLS or Post Nord. In the event of very delayed (several days) or outright non-delivery, Culture Living Copenhagen will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Right of complaint

You have a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received or from the day you receive the order confirmation, if you receive this after the goods. If you choose to cancel a purchase, you must simply return the goods in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received them. When the goods have been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the costs of returning them yourself. For practical details - see the section "Complaints and returns". Remember to include a clear name and account number at your bank. Returned goods sent back by cash on delivery will be rejected.
